Raul Vinces, Centurion’s general manager and founder is responsible for the management, direction, and business strategy for the company. A highly energetic professional, Raul is a life-long learner with a reputation for welcoming challenge and overcoming adversity. Additionally, Raul served in United States Navy and continues to as a Navy Reservist. This experience has guided Raul in establishing Centurion Services to provide service solutions with a commitment to excellence and a sound business practice. He is a respected, affable team leader with a record of inspiring high morale and productivity.

Matt’s career in in maintenance and janitorial began back in college as a student at Colorado State University from (1994-1997) where he took a Facilities Management position on campus while working towards his B.F.A degree. Upon graduation Matt’s career moved to San Francisco where he became a leading Sales Executive for a promising Silicone Valley “Start Up” company named Everdream Corporation.

Matt took his passion and knowledge of the cleaning industry and became a broker to sell janitorial services to commercial businesses throughout the Bay Area. Leadership, discipline, reliability, organizational abilities, timeliness, and a good work ethic defined the people
in the successful organizations. These values were present in Centurion and in 2009 Matt transferred his brokerage partnership to work exclusively with Centurion. A new united partnership was born.
